Betty Noire, (absolutely a pun on bete noire) one of the agents of a spy agency called The 76th Street Company (named after 76th Street). The agency itself is headed by a former Indonesian diplomat, and is known for its crime-fighting antics. Its headquarters is at Sydney, her hometown. Her fellow agents are Marla Kruppers and Badd Jackstone.

Regarding this character, purely fictional, and some are based on real events. Betty Noire's meant to be based off of Bette Davis and her character Bunny O' Hare from the 70's film "Bunny O'Hare", and also Clover from "Totally Spies" (though not on the shopping side).
